Here is Rosoft Engineering's latest program in the Audio Tools series. This program is also included Rosoft Audio Tools and onward. It is also available as a stand-alone translation. You can code fast speeding, normal speeding, and high prize. You can jell the bitrate up to 320 kbps. You can chose to employ VBR or non-VBR, but note that some tough ware (DVD, CD, MP3 Player etc.) cannot read VBR. For example some DVD players can just read CBR. Fast Mode encodes faster but doesn't pay good prize sound while High Quality style takes more time but. High Mode gives the trump sound and takes longer time to code. Fast Mode encodes fast at the cost of the prize. Normal is some where in the middle between Fast style and High Quality style. This program uses Rosoft MP3 Encoder Plug-In to create mp3 files.
